What we collect, and why.

Sigma G Learning LLC ("we") operates sigmaglearning.com. This page explains what information this website collects, what we do with it, and how to opt out. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe, we collect the email address you enter. That's it. The form is processed by Netlify Forms and the list may be stored in HubSpot, the CRM we use to send the newsletter.
• Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google sets cookies to do this. We don't combine analytics data with your name or email.
• Booking a call. The Book a Call button opens Calendly. Anything you enter there is governed by Calendly's privacy policy and lands in our calendar.
• Email and phone. If you email or text us, we keep the conversation so we can respond.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't run advertising or ad-tracking pixels on this site.
• We don't collect payment information here.

How we use it

To send the newsletter you asked for, to reply when you contact us, to schedule calls you book, and to see which parts of the site are useful so we can improve it. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.

Who handles the data

Netlify (hosting and form processing), Google (analytics), HubSpot (email and CRM), and Calendly (scheduling). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe any time using the link in any newsletter, or by emailing us.
• Opt out of analytics with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• See, correct, or delete what we hold about you: email info@sigmaglearning.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws (including California, Virginia, Colorado, and others) can exercise those rights the same way.

A note on our client work

This policy covers the website only. Sigma G Learning's diagnostic engagements never collect individual performance data, never score or rank individuals, and report only at the operation level. Those terms are set out in each client agreement.
